Default Judder on throttle lift???

Hi all,

I have noticed a slight problem that happens now and then on my S4...there is a Judder on throttle lift. For example 3000 rpm slighly press throttle then lift off and there is a judder somtimes. I think this is because the turbos spool up then the excess pressure is dumped hence could this be a dump valve issue???

Thanks,
