so my right low beam is dipped. is that german for blown? lol but the high beams still work and the fuse is good so im guessing the bulb correct?

Yep usually. In any case a dipped headlamp fault is for the headlights. It could also ibe an ignitor or module if your vehicle is equiped with xenon lights. Also dont overlook daytime running lights if so equiped.
