Default How long can I expect the A4 to last??

HI Fellow adventureers,
I have a 2001 2.8 quattro A4, with all the whistles and bells...with 94,000 miles...I am the orginial owner and have had all maintanance done at the dealership. Just this last year it was in the shop for heater problems (the third time in 7 years) and then the water pump broke.....changed the timing belt at 60,000...car is in great shape and runs really well when all is working. So my question is how long can I expect this car to last?? Some say when it gets 100.000 time to move on....??? if so how do you feel about the A3??
Thank you so much!!

all depends on how well you take care of it. it should see 150-200k no problem.

That's a nice car, sounds like you've taken good care of it.What kind ofwarranty did you have?

I agree, you could go a long time if you keep it up.

Be prepared though, if you test drive an A3 you will trade in your A4. [sm=burnout.gif]No offense to the A4 drivers , they are both great cars, each withits own advantages.Maybe doa littleresearch so you'll be happy with your choice. Did you check out the other sections here?

Keep us posted.
