Default 92 Audi cs100 with problems

Please help! I bought a lovely 92 Audi cs100 for my teenage daughter. It had a funny hesitation when we bought it, and the fellow we got it from said it always did that. It starts after you drive forward for about 20 yards, then it acts like the whole car seizes up for a few seconds, then releases. The check oil light then comes on, it beeps a few times, then is fine for a while, then the whole process starts again. It seems to do it every time you have let off the gas, either to slow down or stop, then accelerate again. We have put almost 2,000$ into it at this point, and our mechanic has no answers for us. We replaced the O2 sensor, the muffler, the spark plugs, had the entire wiring system tested, had the fuel system serviced, had its computer hooked up to the computers at the nearest Audi dealer, and they just sent us home, and said they thought maybe it was in the trasmission. Not an acceptable answer for me. The car has 159,000 miles, and according to the audi computer printout, there is nothing wrong with it, but there is. The oil light comes on, the check engine light comes on when it feels like it, and we sure could use some help. We really like the car, and at this point, we have alot of money into it. Can anyone help us? Thanks!
