Not quite sure when the new law comes into effect, however the law has been approved along with photoradar and no handheld cellphones.
My question is about winter tires. I read about how great the Pirelli andBlizzaks are but unsure if the users fully understand howbad the roads are around here. The best tires i've ever used were Nokian with the metal studs on a saab 95front wheel drive. Nokian does not make a 19 inch and IMO the best winter tires need more sidewall 2 dig in the deep stuff. I've been told there are no steel wheels that will fit on my 2004 A8L. Will the A4 5 star 17's fit with larger rubber wrapped around them? What other choices do I have?
Function over fasion.... for the winter.

Canada is becoming a police state. How's that 30kph(18 mph)over and a supended liscence, impounded car, and i think 10,000 canadian dollar fine treatin u. Some of that stuff is insane bro.
Well... it's not that bad. That sounds more like what happens for reckless driving. Which, if you are 30kph over the speed limit in a school zone weaving between toddlers may just be appropriate. At 120 over the limit you loose all your demerit points.
