I'm the car sterio manager at Circuit City and you have to use the U shape removal tools sold to remove Ford factory radios. With all the radios I have done at Circuit it's the only tool I use for the later model Audi's to get the radio's out. They cost about ten dollars at Wal-Mart. I hope that helps
