Default Dealer Info

SO i went to the dealership the other day to see if i can get that green plastic "clip" for my rear driver side window. It wont go up any more. They said they dont sell any clips and that i would have to get a complete window regulator. Is this true!!!! Is there any body that might have a part number for this plastic clip. Any info will help. Thanks... I have a 2002 A4 1.8T

Default RE: Dealer Info

Try this website below.. I bought the whole window assembly here for my '98 A4 awhile ago. It came with the window, motor, clips and window frame.....

I've had problems with some of my clips in the past and had to tie one together with a cable tie so it would slide up and down without jumpingoff the track.
Good luck

Either someone gave you bad information or they were lying to you. I went toa localdealership and bought a pair of them about 6 months ago. Try another dealer or talk to someone else in the parts department. The part number was 4B0-837-463-B. You'll want to get the newest ones (I think they're like a pinkish color) because they've improved them over the originals with a metal reinforcement. And I think they were less than $10.00 each. Good luck.
