Cool Air Intake on a 99 1.8T

I was considering getting a cool air intake just to help the engine breath better on a 99 1.8T. But I heard that changing the original intake could cause problems with the sensors. I was looking at something maybe like this: http://www.yourhotcar.com/prod/Perfo...take_Kit/17796

any suggestions?, I would probably change the filter to a K&N.

Also does anyone know where the sensor for the temperature is located? mine is out and sometimes reads 15 degrees fahrenheit when its like 60.

Thanks!, Rodrigo

You already have a cold air intake from the factory and some people have had problems when switching to a k and n filter. I would just leave the airbox setup factory.

The outside temp sensor is behind the lower center grill in the front bumper.

Yea, I noticed how it has like a ram-air intake stock. Thanks so much!
