Default Flashing Brake Light Warning ?

Okay, my car runs like a beast, especially with the cold weather. Unfortunately, I've now had 3 different times recently when my brake light indicator on the dashand a warning "beep" flash and sound 3 times while I'm driving. It seems to happen under WOT, in 3rd gear, going up an incline. I don't have any power loss or other issues, just the annoying beep and flashing. I'm thinking it is maybe a drop in oil pressure, or fuel pressure warning. Has this happened to anybody else, and can anybody confirm what this warning indicates???

Thanks!

Cheers!

i've ha brake lights flash before in other cars, usually it means you're low on fluid. Thats the first thing i'd check.

Don't forget to check the break light and blinker fluid. [sm=imsorry.gif]

Thanks.

All of the things listed have been checked and they're fine. I'm wondering if it is a touchy parking brake switch? Oh well, it only happens on rare occasion and it doesn't affect anything.

Cheers!

I was going to suggest double checking that you released your brake all the way down. I had that happen and was wondering why as the brake handle was down so i clicked it once and then released it and it stopped immediately. Give it a try next time it happens.
