in other cars i owned, a fully or partially blocked heater core would cause there to be no or little heat. In most cases, I was able to use a LITTLE air pressure to get them unclogged. It could be a good place to start, but I would wait to see what other people say, I don't know too much about my Audi.

Try & bleed the heater core.

There are 2 pipes on that go through the fire wall. On the cool side the hose has a tiny hole in it, you pull out the hose till the hole can bleed air.

You do this with the car up to temp & heat on FULL. You might need to add a little water to over flow tank.

It might be right next to the battery, the 2 pipes right there.

Thought you had an A4. It's right about in the middle of the engine bay, at the fire wall, you will have to remove that plastic cowl cover.
