1994 Audi 90 Transmission Problem...HELP

Hello My car makes a squeal when I am driving and I hit about 35-40 when its shifts it makes that sound about 80 percent of the time. Does anyone have a similar problem and if I need to replace the transmission Thanks

I have a 93 90s and it makes this sound when I put my car in park but I have yet to get that noise from putting it any other gear. I wish I could help you out and tell you what it was but I have no idea the only reassuring I can offer is to say your not alone I have that problem to and like you would love to know what it is. That load screaching noise makes me want to jump out of my skin!
