I think your engine is throttle by wire so that kit won't work.
NX does make another kit that uses a control module that you need, VENOM also sells a kit for throttle by wire vehicles.
What you need to do is wire the signal wire from the throttle body to the module so it knows when to inject the NO so you don't blow up your motor. Those kits however are usually $1,000.

first off, it's nitrous, not nos, only the ricers call it that. not trying to be an a**, but that's one of my pet peeves. anyways, auditech is right about you having to get a special type of kit that is specifically for drive by wire vehicles. and imho, i'm not sure if i'd want to put nitrous on a 2.8 with 102k miles on it anyways because you may very well blow the motor. i think if you want to go the modding route and want some extra speed other than stock, then you should sell your car and pick up a nice used 2.7T, do diverter valves (if they haven't been done already), chip it, a few other little performance mods, and call it done. i don't think it'd be worth it to try and make the 2.8 go fast. that's just my $0.02 though.

Dam wherever i go i hit a wall... first i hear nitrous is the best way to go for my 2.8 now i'm hearing it's not. i'm just trying to make this bitch go faster not empty the pockets the 1000$ is good, i'll pay that, but if it's gonna blow my motor theni dont wanna do that.

haha, lol. well the other thing you've got to think about is that it also costs money on top of the kit to get the nitrous refilled. it's all gona depend on how much you use it, but typically nitrous runs anywhere between $4-$5 per pound, which most people usually run a 10 pound bottle, so it'll be about 50 bucks to get it filled every time. on top of that, you run the risk of blowing your motor. if you get a hicup in the fuel system, or even get the slightest drop in fuel pressure while using the nitrous, then that motor will definitely pop. one of my fellow cobra guys around here runs a nitrous setup on his car. mind you these are fully built motors that'll handle well over the 800hp range. he took it to the track and something happened that either the fuel selonoid was stuck shut or something like that, and all of a sudden that motor saw all nitrous, and just as you would expect...BOOOM! i'm not trying to scare you off of it, nitrous is a great power adder, but i just wanted to make you aware of some of the consequences.

I'd say avoid the nitrous. The 2.8 is a stylin profile car. Think of it as the big brother of the 2.7. All the ladies love the 2.8 with is sexy styling and smoothness. Then little brother 2.7 comes it with similar looks plus the added "styling and modifications." Both cars are gorgeous and demand respect, but the 2.7 is just a bit "wilder."

If you are truly turned off by the idea of replacing an engine then Nitrous injection is really not for you. The one major downside is that you really, actually, trulycan blow up your engine.

I have seen a Ford Taurus with Nitrous literally shoot one of it rods up through the hood of the car.

Nitrous is for folks that look forward to dropping in a new engine, not for folks trying to avoid it.

First of all you have got an Audi, and if you have seen Fast & Furious, you would have noticed that Audi wasn't there in that movie. Second, you have got the engine on your C5 which was meant for reliability and not performance, so don't sweat racing with any car except Lada (not the Lotus tuned one in TG). Third, nitrous will makenot only your cargo fast, but your engine go faster (to the junkyard), and you to the graveyard (if not the cooler).https://www.audiforums.com/micons/m11.gif
