Default HID flicker

ello, had look through forum but no luck
got aftermarket HID (love em and never go back to halogen)

the problem is when i put hid on they fine, don't get any bulb out warnings, BUT when driving down the road 1 side flashes once then 5 second later (what looks like) the other side flashes,
the weird thing is that you can time exactly when it going to flash, i drive to work in the morning and road is empty same speed and just before i get to a bridge near me it flashes. then same amount of time later it flashes again and so on.

make me wonder if it the bulb failure system causing it, so far i have tried raising the 15 amp fuse to 20 no change
read on 1 thread about using 6ohm 50watt resistors for dash warning so i tried these today and it still does it.

it little annoying but when you driving is area where you the only 1 with hid and rest are halogen it don't look got when they decide to flash.

any other ideas than the ones i've tried ??????????
