I am really really frustrated. I have a 1995 audi a6 quattro and i love it. My issue is trying to find ANY after market parts for it. Im in search for the weather stripping on the bottom of the doors. I think every audi ive seen has the same issue with the metal U channel rusting causing the stripping to come off. Im also looking for a front bumper cover. Aftermarket would be great if i could find it. I really would like to avoid paying $1200 for a new one from the audi dealership. Anyones help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

I  don't know where you live, but most places have a wrecking (umm, I mean recycling) yard. Call around, you'll find places that deal in foreign/ Audi cars. Smaller parts that aren't too heavy can be shipped quite reasonably, since the yard could be in another state.
In NY is Shokan parts, www.shokan.com, they have hundreds of Audis. Use the internet, there are more on line.

about the weather stripping on the bottom of the doors. I was thinking about have car sheet metal put in its place so it would just look like the rest of the door, and place a thin rubber gasket on the inside so it created a seal against the door and car. i was also going to take the moldings off the center of the car and smooth all that out, i think it would give the car a more stream line look.
