Stories about dealers or service departments doing someone wrong always seem to make their way onto these forums with ease. They're no doubt some of the most read threads I would imagine. The thought going through everyone's mind reading these kind of threads I'm sure is "poor guy... I'm glad this hasn't happened to me."
Well, I can now sadly say that this has indeed happened to me at University Park Audi in Dallas. I left my car there Tues morning and picked it up Wed evening with a painful looking scratch/gouge/dent on the passenger-side rear quarter panel.
This issue is still unresolved at the moment, so there's not much to add for the time being.
