Okay so this is my first post. I'm new to the audi and got myself a '99 A6. I love it so far. except i had to put in new cats which broke my bank. but on to the question. Any one do any HID conversion the low beams? I've been looking for good kits to do it with. there is cqlight.ca for 165 or something then there is http://www.vvme.com/for dirt cheap. dont know if i should just go with the cheap ones to save money or what. any one use any of these kits?

I have used the cqlight kits on my BMW motorcycles, as did other members of the bmwlt.com forum that I belong to as well.
They work as advertised and easy to install. Personally I like to stya in the 4300K-5000K range as I prefer true white light. Anything above that gets bluer and bluer...
