Default Newbie with '00 A6 2.7- Dash problems

Hola to all-

I have a used A6 that has substantial dash problems..the sides of the front dash are de-laminating and buckling up off the dash. I beleive its a mfg defect as if the glue used to secure the dash has unglued..its getting worse as time passes..

Am I the only one who has this problem? Could this be a recall issue with Audi? The warrantee has long since lapsed as the car has over 50K miles.

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated..

I haven't heard of this as a recall or a problem with other A6 models. It may be an unlucky situation. Which year A6 model?

i have seen this before on 96 and 97 a4's . it unpeals around the passenger airbag and also near the passenger front winshield. it is not a common prob i have only heard/seen about this hapining to 3-4 cars. dont know how they solved the prob. look it up on audiworld you might find some answers there.
