Has anyone ever bent the fin back to normal on a K04/K03 or any turbo actually?

I have a slight turbo whine due to a bent fin (prop) in the intake side of the turbo and the turbo is only 10 months old (nope, no warranty!) and I was told I could just bend the fin back to normal and it would stop whinning.. if I could do this it would be awesome!!!

Both leaving and trying to fix are both far from ideal. A new wheel is a better option

If I get a new wheel ill have to balance it right? Problem is I can't find a new wheel...

gpop has a rebuild kit. But honestly, a $150-200 used one would be the easiest and best option. You can sell that turbo to someone else that would send it off the make a ko4 out of it for probably $100.

i dont think the rebuild kit has what i need.. i need the intake prop.

They can rebuild it, but i would still just replace it with a used one and sell that one to someone wanting a ko4
