The red LEDs only produce light in the red spectrum so to change the color, you're gonna have to replace the LEDs. Check out "www.superbrightleds.com". They should have something you can use to replace the existing ones. It might be a good idea to pull one off and inspect it. There might be a model # on the bottom you can use to figure out what the wattage and beam angle are. LEDs are polar (there is a positive and negative side) so when you solder the new ones in, be careful. LEDs like to burn out when the current is reversed.
btw. It might be easier to just buy some after market tail lamps and install them. I assume you're in the EU with that kind of law.
