Yesterday I parked my car and took out the key and went inside and when I returned all 4 windows where down. I though someone put em down so I put them back up, turn off the car about 5 minutes later all of my windows go down again. WTF?!?!

What is that?
he's just screwing with you. the only thing i can think of is a short in the driver's window switch components, or a problem with the central locking computer.

I had a similar issue where my left rear window would roll down on its own. Turned out that water somehow got into the switch assembly and was shorting the circuit. I disconnected the switch and dried it overnight over my house heater vent and it was okay. Sounds like yoursmay be the master switch on the driver side. But it also could be the door lock, I guess. Check both.

I once drove aBMW 850i that had super persuit mode -- the windows automatically went up at 95 MPH to improve aerodynamics not down.
I know that Audi has their own ideas about speed (and has been sucessful) so could someone explain how retracting the windows would make it go faster?
Maybe they turn the AC off to rerout power to the wheels at high speeds and they open the windows so the driver and passengers don't get too hot!

^^ hehe :)but I think he needs to reset the computer memory for the widows, press and hold the button till it goes all the way down and the same for all the way up and do it with all the windows + sunroof if you have one

And that resets the Computer memory for the windows? I'll try it out. Thank you
