Default Amp Install......

Has anybody found a good spot to run a fat power wire thru firewall to hook up an amp? I finally got a amp but cant locate anywhere to run cable,nothing is visible,my friend said something about removing some plastic under hood to access but I havent been able to spend any time f-ing with it and my installers havent worked on my model car....

run it into your ecu box, then through the grommet in the firewall

i ran 0-gauge wire through the gap inbetween the fender panel... just unbolt it and slip the wire through, then bolt it back up.

I found a small gromet just to the drivers side of the center console just punch a hole in it and put it back

hood release worked for me. seal that sh!t up real well after youre done tho (guerilla glue will last forever) or youll get tons of water in your cabin, like a river

I've done them a bunch of times a the stereo shop I work at and did mine last week ran 0 awg through the rubber gromet that the ac lines come through the passenger sidetons of room and its sealed from the rubber.
