Default A4 3.0 Troubles

Okay so i replaced 2 of my ignition coils and it worked fine for like a month and one night i was heading to the express way and it got all shaky check engine light came on the car lost alot of acceleration so im guessing the other coils need to be replaced do any of you guys know how the cyclinders are set up or does anyone have a link to a diagram?

And also should i be using regular oil or is synthetic fine

Yeah replacing all the coils on a 3.0L is a good idea because the coils suck. [:'(]

The cylinder numbering is 123 front to back on the passenger's side.
456 front to back on the driver's side.

Synthetic oil is always better to use than regular oil, but you can run regular oil in a 3.0L just fine.
