Default lowering springs

i have a 2006 a4 2.0T s-line.. so it already has the sport suspension from the factory.. but im considering getting some other springs for ride height purposes and maybe a bit more performance. i have a connection with some people at H&R, but ive also heard a couple positive things about bilsteins.. i dont have too much knowledge in the area of springs, so would someone like to help? im looking for what everyone else is looking for, good look, added performance, but not a rough ride. im rollin a freakin audi, not a evo.

hook me up

Hi, I'm looking for the same but I'm afraid my rear will sink too much in relation to the front with just lowering springs...

Does your S line have the front almost an inch higher (bigger wheel gap) than the rear or is it just my car?

no, not an inch. theyre pretty even.. maybe a lil difference, but not enough for me to worry about that. and plus most of the lowering kits ive been lookin at lower the front more than they lower the back. for example the H&R springs lower it 1.7 inches in the front and 1.6 in the back..

I have the same setup as you and would appreciate updates on how it goes, cost, and how this will affect your warranty. Thx man. Good luck

My car didn't come with sports suspension. I took it to Pure Motorsports and them installed H&R sport springs and Koni shocks. Nice handling improvement and not very stiff. I wanted to keep the stock ride feel, overall I'm very happy with it...just have to slow down on the bumps though
