Default Aftermarket CD-Changers on 2001Symphony?

Does anyone know if there are aftermarket CD-Changers that works with the stock Symphony system??
I've heard of Kenwood with an extra adaptor cable. I currently have a Pioneer, 12 stacker witch the Premier head-unit. Would like to use the Changer in my 2001 Allroad with Nav.So i do not want to change the head-unit.

Thanks.

I believe the Panasonic DP-801 should work with the stock headunit on a '01, but i'm not 100% positive. I know it worked on my stock concert unit in my '99. You would also need to get aBlitzsafe adapter for the HU/CD changer. Check the rear driver's side area in your trunk, underneath the trunkliner and see if you don't have an adapter already.

If you're interested - i have both the CD changer and adapter.
