Default LED LICENSE PLATE LIGHT

No need to install resistors anymore. I was thinking to put LED for my license plate light so did a search on Ebay. Here is a web site. specially designed for audi .

I just ordered a pair this .

http://stores.ebay.com/LED-BULBS-EMP...QQftidZ2QQtZkm

this is what they say..

ERROR FREE bulbs, Specially designed and made for European vehicles, it has built-in chip to counter car maker's sensor. Without this special chip, the only way to make the LED work on the European vehicles will be installing the LED resistor or equalizer and that cost more money and way more time and troubles to install the bulbs. Our special design bulbs DO NOT require any additional hardware to make the install and it's error message free, plus no flashing issue known to happen with LEDs installed on the European vehicles. With our bulbs, it will be Easy installation, Direct Replacement and Error Free

Default Save the 15 dollars

Just do what is did and take a marker and paint the bulb what ever color you want. Mine look the same as my buddys and i didn't have to wait a week or two for the part and saved 15 dollars.

Yeah, and your bulbs will eventually bubble, overheat, and burn out. They may even short your wiring system. Plus they are probably 1/2 as bright as the LED counterparts and more than than they were originally. I hate cheap.

I paid $25 for my entire LED plate light kit (including resistors) and it only took me 15 minutes to install everything. It was worth it to do it right and know it was done right.

Default RE: LED LICENSE PLATE LIGHT

Bought these bulbs. Look awesome when the car is off. Seem to pulsate when the car is running. Not to the point where they are blinking. Anybody have any idea whats going on or have the similiar problem.

You don't have the proper resistance. That is why they are pulsing. That is what happens when the resistance is not correct.

That is why I suggested not to buy the bulbs that "don't need resistors." It is just so difficult to get perfect in one package. Not impossible though.
