Is there anyway to get a copy of an accident report for a car that's not yours?

I'm researching a 2006 and carfax says that it was involved in a car accident one month after taking delivery in Colorado.

I was trying to determine what part of the car got hit so I can inspected that particular area in detail and figured the report would indicate that.

Any ideas?
