Well you have to realize, the car is only a 4 cylinder, meaning at idle, its going to vibrate a lot more then a V6 or higher would. When you start moving, the RPM should increase, making the vibrations less noticeable and the ride somewhat smoother. If you think the car is really vibrating an abnormal amount, it could be that a cylinder is misfiring or something else is malfunctioning with the engine. Chances are if something was wrong, the check engine light would come on, but its always possible that its not being caught by the system. I'm sure if you brought it in to a dealership, a mechanic would be able to tell you if the vibrations are a result of normal function or an indication of an issue.
