Default 160,000 miles

Well 1 years and 3 moths after gettting my car with just above 145k miles on it ill be hitting the big 160k mark on my way to work tomorrow, cant believe ive already dont close to 15k miles. now im 60k from a new t-belt and my clutch now has 40k miles on it (yeah second clutch). running great minus the a tear in each seat, one bad post cat o2 sensor, and pretty sure a vac leak somewhere. great little 12v i wanna sell and upgrade to a 1.8t but not sure anymore.[&:]

congrats man, i just hit 100K and it's pretty nerve racking for me considering I'm a broke teen, so when my car goes down the 5hitter, I'm in trouble.

163k on my 1.8T, and still running. I also am a broke teen, so there are some minor problems but nothing too major.

I wouldn't worry about it much. As long as the car was taken care of, 100k isn't anything. Usually just before 100k the little more expensive things start to go, timing belt, suspension, maybe wheel bearings.. if most of that stuff has been replaced, you should be fine. Wouldn't hurt to save at least 1 or 2k for emergancies, but that goes for anyone out of warranty.

I'll be hitting 160K on my 1.8T this week as well.
