I've always loved the avant-style bodies and this one is at the top of my list. Sadly...no price! ARG!

Is Audi going to produce this for American audiences though? I hope so....

hmmm, why would they do that ?

i mean we have a4 avant and a6 avant.
and since the new a4 is going to look simillar like the a5, i dont see the point.

Looks good...but am I the only one that thinks it looks a little Dodge Magnum-ish?

that's exactly what i thought, too! that's so wierd....

not like it's a bad thing though, i mean, i think the magnum is a cool car. minus the lack of rings

Looks like a Dodge Magnum, but with a more aggressive stance and more aerodynamic. Love the LED day time running lights from the R8...might have to upgrade to an '08 just for those!

^^^ agreed. I thought the A5 was basically the coupe version of the A4. It is a nice looking car though, even if it looks like they photoshopped the a$$ of a Magnum on the B8 A4

fugly and pointless like the porsche panamera. Makes me wonder if the suits and engineers got these ideas while hanging out in a cannibus coffee shop in amsterdam.

The photochops look too much like an A4/6 Avant IMHO.

The sketch of the red car looks good, but very beemeresque. Looks like a 4 door hatchback to me - interesting.

Yeah... no. I call BS on that; no way that's ever going to be made. It'd be too similar to the A4 Avant, which you KNOW they'll make; and too different from the A5 to merit sharing the badge. Plus that article is all about how it's supposed to be a contender for the Mercedes CLS... yeah, right.

They might make an A5 Sportback, and it might very well be a contender for the CLS - but it won't look anything like the car in this article.
