I want to put staggered wheels on my  B5 18TQM but I'm not sure if its ok because of the all wheel drive? Do all four tires have to be the same height? In rotation, the 235/40-18 and the 265/35-18 are almost the same but one has more revs than the other one because of the slight diff in sidewall height. Is it safe to run them? Any opinions?

Also I have a black on black but cant decide what color to go with as far as rims. Anybody got any pics of your black car with rims on it to see what it looks like. I was thinking gunmetal or silver. Not too fond of black rims, help out guys!

Only 2mm OD difference between those tires.  I'm not anything like an expert, but I wouldn't think that would be a problem.

I ran diff rims and tires of the same exact size on my 01 s4 for about 2 min. (235/40R18 in the front and 225/40R18 in the back) That didn't work out so well.  They were worn differently and it vibrated the hell out of the car.  I highly recomend the SAME SIZE tires all the way around.

Always get the same size tires all around. even 2 milimeter difference is a lot If you think about how many times the tire rotates think about how much of a difference that will translate into every 10 revolutions of your tire would be 20 milimeters in distance. over  a short period of time you are talking a lot of extra travel witch could screw up your quattro.  Basically bad idea.
