They're some nasty cars, but I'd still prefer a 911.....

Impressive, and not to be a dick but one is a PORSCHE and the other is still "only" a Nissan.

Somehow I'm not impressed, its lacking the supercar looks and appeal. Yes theres alot of tech in that car but its basically a highly boosted v6. Just adding overpowering hp doesn't make a car impressive, its the overall package. Thats why a porsche is a porsche. What is impressive is the fact it can beat supercars 2x maybe 3x its price, but then again so can a highly boosted honda. If it only came with a proper transmission.

they did a good job with that... but the headlights look like vomit, and the taillights remind me of the cobalt... i wonder how it would hold up against the new z06 on the track

Proper transmission? oh I forget Dual clutch Semi automatics aren't real transmissions, tell that to Audi.

what makes a  Porsche a Porsche is the ridiculous profit margin.

GTR outhandles, out accelerates, and is half the price, what more do you want? a tiger cub?

^ Ouch.....

Trey- Looks are subjective, so that's a wash. I persoanlly think it looks fantastic. And the car is about a lot more than just power. Hence it's ATESSA awd, DSG-type tranny, and loads of other high-tech equipment to make it a killer performance car.

FasterA4ThanUrs- The twin-afterburner taillights have long been a Skyline?GT-R trademark. If anyhting, the Cobalt's copying it. And again, looks are subjective. And it beats the Z06 around the 'Ring btw....

No matter how nice the pictures look... the car, sat in it at the autoshow, is very cheap looking inside and out... the body feels hollow and the interior feels very chevy quality to me (GT-R)

That's not the point of the car. It's purpose is performance, and it accomplishes that very well. Well enough to rip anything w/ four rings on the front a new @ssh0le....

damn i got told ... haha... im all about the luxury these days, here where i live, if you go 50 over the limit, car is gone, license is gone, and on top of all that you get a nice fine... right now its if you go 50km over the limit, but they want to reduce it to 30... when that happens, the population of canada goes down by 1!!!!... many places now power=pointless, very sad when you think about it

^ Yeah, I agree, The days or 'spirited driving' on public roads are gone. Police are too anal, laws and penalties are too strict, etc. But yet noone seems to try to offer any alternatives.......
