id love to edit the eq on my audi a4 symphony but after following instructions - nothing happens.

turn off engine
hold down #5 preset (note, there is no '5' however there is a rectangle in the fifth spot)
power the radio on

result;
radio turns on . . .


any ideas?

I too am having the same problem with my '04 A6. I can't access the Symphony EQ settings. Tried the procedure just like it says and the radio just turns on. If somebody would please chime in and let me know if I am missing something. I have searched everywhere but nothing works. thanks so much in advance!
