Default Coil Pack Problems

Ok, so first off I have a 2005 A4 1.8t 6-Speed. I have the stage 1 APR flash, and the Hitachi coils from ECS. Anyway my problem is that when I put the engine under heavy load (full throttle) the battery light flashes. (Note: boththe battery an alternator was were tested and passed)I pot something about this before with no reponses. I brought it to a local tuning shop, and they flashed the stock program on it so I could take it to the dealership. So I couldn't replicate this problem in stock mode, and neither could the Audi tech. However when I switched back to performance modeI can make it happen easily. Also the tech wanted to try and order an electronic filter for the coils. He said that the the TT's run my coils as OE and require a filter to control the negative spike of electricity the coils produce from entering the system. My questions are this: 1. Has anyone had similar problems when switching to the Hitachi coils? 2. Does anybody know about the electronic filters?

I checked them recently to make sure they were gapped correctly. I don't think it's them though, because they are the same plugs I used with the stock Brembi coils, and had no problems. I'll check them again though. Thanks for the input!
