Default CEL and P1113, P1128

[:@]Got my VAGCOM dumb interface today. CEL on, so pulled these three codes - too lean, O2 sensor, too rich. Cleared them and only O2 and too lean came back. Any ideas? I have a pin hole leak somewhere in the IC because I can hear it with pressure test, but why would a leak in the intercooler give me Too Lean? Can there be Vacuum there, to suck in unmetered air, and cause Too Lean - I thought only vacuum is behind the throttle body when you let off the gas? I'm thinking a leak in IC might cause boost leak and too rich, as air escapes thus causing more fuel in the ratio. What does intermittent mean in this application?

Fix the leak. When under boost it will be rich, and
when there is vacuum it will be lean.
