Default Rear door window

Hello everyone,
Could someone please tell me whether a bentley manual will explain how to remove and install the rear door power window in a 2002 A8L? If so, is this work within the realm of average humans?

Rear door[/align]Removing and installing rear window lifter[/align]










Rear door trim removed: [/ul]


Rear window lifter

To remove, drill heads off rivets -item 45- and knock out shanks.
Start by riveting on window lifter at location marked by arrow [/ul]
Blind rivet

6 off
Always use genuine rivets to avoid contact corrosion: [/ul][/ul]

Door subframe

Removing and installing[/ul]
Motor for window lifter

Detaching connector
=> Fig.16
17
After installing, raise window as far as it will go
Then press window lifter switch again for at least 1 second in "close" position to activate automatic down/up function [/ul]
Release and tighten bolt - 10 Nm

3 off [/ul][/ul]










Clip

Fit window lifter -item 26[/size]27- in clip and fasten clip -arrow- [/ul]
Guide pin
Damping washer
Washer
Locking plate [/ul]









→ Fig.1Unplugging connector

Unclip the two-pin connector to rear (arrow) to remove from three-pin connector. [/ul]

Rear door trims[/align]Removing and installing rear door trim[/align]
Removing










→ Carefully lever cover strip -3- out of fasteners at door trim.
Press pin -1- on expanding clips -2- in by about 4 mm and detach expanding clips. [/ul]
Notes:

Do not press pins completely out to remove door trim
Depending on date of manufacture cross-head screws may be fitted instead of expanding clips [/ul]











→ Use blunt screwdriver to lever off bottom part of recessed handle moulding -arrow-.
Take bottom part of recessed handle moulding out of door trim. [/ul]










→ Screw out bolts -3- for top part of recessed handle moulding -2-.
Lift top part of recessed handle moulding out of door trim -1-. [/ul]
Note:
With one-piece top part of recessed handle moulding front section of top part (with switches) has to be additionally unclipped from door trim and connector detached.











→ Screw out hexagon bolt -arrow-. [/ul]










→ Remove cross-head screws -2- and -3-.
Detach bonding of rear filler piece -1- at window frame. [/ul]











→ On vehicles with electrically adjustable individual seats screw out cross-head screw -1- of switch mount -2- at door trim.
Take out switch mount and detach connectors -3-. [/ul]










→ Unclip door trim -2- from carrier for door components. [/ul]

1 -Retaining clips for door trim [/ul]

Lift out door trim over locking knob. [/ul]











→ Tilt door trim and lever clip -1- off Bowden cable -2- of door opener.
Detach nipple of Bowden cable with retaining clip -3- at door opener. [/ul]
Note:
Take care not to lose Bowden cable retaining clip.

Detach all connectors of wiring harness in door trim.
Take wiring harness out of door trim. [/ul]
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:










→ Ensure that all retaining clips -2- engage properly in carrier for door components. [/ul]

Thanks so much for the info. Seems withinrange of my mechanical abilitiy. Did this stuff come from Bentley?
