Default can you tell me the difference?? please

these are bilstein shocks and struts one is sport mode and the other is HD.

what does this mean??

Only difference I see is that the first one is for Quattro systems and the second is for fwd.

the bottom one fits fwd A6's, but fits a4 quattros, correct?

or where do you see that?

Note for A6 vehicles: Fits FWD only

second:
Note for A6 vehicles: Fits FWD only. Does not fit Quattro.

first one can't be used on lowered cars, second one can.

just to be sure, these are the ones i should get if i plan on lowering the car with h&r springs, right?

i heard that is a good combo

HDs are commonly used as OE replacements. The Sports are the way to go if you plan on upgrading your wheels & suspension. The firmer valving allows them to cope with the added stresses of stiffer sprigs, etc.

I have tried both H&Rs w/ Bilsteins and Eibachs w/ Bilsteins . ..I prefer the latter.
