I put these on a couple weeks ago and they're sick - it's such a huge improvement over OEM A4 brakes.  Even at full price they're completely worth it (get Hawk street ceramic or equivalent pads with them).  Hiwords can attest to it - he drove my car yesterday and the look on his face seemed to confirm that he agrees:)

Hopefully everyone interested will read this - a lot of you are posting saying you're in "if the price is right."  If by that you mean your money may be a bit tight and the cost has to come down to allow you to buy, fine.  If you mean you think that as-is, the cost is too high and you wouldn't shell out the cash for them unless they cost less, you are very misinformed.  The upgrade makes a gigantic difference.  It's 100% worth the money even without a discounted group buy price (to the point that I'd do it before even buying HIDs if I bought another A4, even if it had brand-new front brakes).  Any discount that Chaos can arrange is just icing on the cake.  There is no way to go wrong with them - it's only a matter of getting a great mod at a fully worthy price, or getting it for an even better price.  Don't think for a minute that if the discount is small or doesn't come through, that they're not worth the money - THEY ARE.

'Nuff said - Chaos, I hope that helps you thin out any deluge of PMs you are probably getting regarding this:)

The price on the kits were actually recently lowered slightly, within the
last 30 days, so unfortunately we won't be able to offer any further
discounts on this kit.

I'd do it, depending on the price.

so the kit includes:

A8 slotted rotors x2
A8 Pads x4
TT calipers x2
TT caliper clips x4
caliper spacer x1?

S4 rotors x2
S4 pads x8? 4 per rotor?
S4 calipers x2
Caliper spacer x4
caliper spacer

how much will this run NON group buy?
if its JUST the A8 rotors + TT calipers then how much would it cost with a non group buy?

Unless I'm reading it wrong, the kit (at least what I got) is only TT carriers and A8 rotors, either blank, slotted, or slotted and drilled - you get aftermarket pads and use your factory A4 calipers - they bolt directly into the TT carriers.  Chaos mentioned the S4 rear stuff that you could get on your own later on.
Yeah I just talked to mike after he emailed me my prices on the carriers. It seems that there would be no way to get the price down to $200 for the kit and it seems that the price on his site right now is just above wholesale.
this is off of zine

I have an email in to ecstuning. Although they don't have a kit they do have all the parts. I doubt they will come in low enough, but I thought it's worth a shot.
