Default got caught with the tint

just about to get on the Southern State and i noticed a state police following me. so he follows for a while then comes in front then he disappears. Next came the flashing lights and the fine. only a week and i got one... sucks.

oh and to add to that... i think i blew my JBL subs two days ago [:@].

ooh that sucks, should have said you just bought the car with them on and was going to get them removed by a pro, he may of given you a little slack or drop your windows next time.

yeah i told him that but he said its still no excuse. its aight though i love my car too much to let that ruin my day just gonna take it off eventually and redo it with a lower tint (the one right now i think is 10% or 5% )

Well just got out work and bout to go get my car inspection done. probably check the subs and tint issue same time.

About how much wouldbe a goodprice to get it retinted?

5 or 10%? Wow dude, that's way too low. Good luck seeing anything on the freeway during night-time driving. Why do you want it so low?

Hey, it's hit or miss with tint. Sometimes you're lucky, other times, not so much.

I read an article the other day that stated my local police (MD area) were doing a crack-down on illegal tint, so it'll be 35% for me when i get around to it.

That sucks man I'm nervous about tinting my car (Jersey shore area), I'd $150 for all windows (my Audio shop loves me). I plan on going with 35% maybe darker. You should definately ride windows down until u get them re-done.

5% tint all around, never been pulled over. It helps living in Arizona cuz cops dont mess with you since its so dam hot they pretty much let u tint the windows as dark as u want

I had 35% on my Corolla and I never got pulled over. And in northern cali, i heard they are pretty strict on the rule. Last I checked front windows can't be tinted at all in California (correct me if I'm wrong). Im' still waiting to tint my Audi though
