yeah im lucky that i had self control then usually i dont probably because i had my fiance in the car and she usually keeps me pretty calm lol

Did you get the other driver's info? Get an estimate and go to small claims court. While the person may not have any $$$ to pay at the time, the courts will place a lein against them which will prevent them from financing a house/car/boat/lunch.

If you go through your insurance, they may sue them to recover what they spent to repair your car.
