Default iPod interface in 2001 A4

I've finally had it with my FM Transmitter. What's the best way to create a wired solution?

I still have the factory-installed stereo. Crutchfield is recommending that I install one of these Precision Interface converters in my CD Changer's spot and connect it back through the car (somehow) with this cable? Is this the best way to go?

This onehttp://enfigcarstereo.com/shopsite_sc/store/html/IPOD_AUDI_A4_R_98.html is the new updated version of the one in this DIY http://www.audiforums.com/m_248226/tm.htm Thanks to SouthboroAudiGuy. And you can keep your CD changer if it is in the trunk or the glove box unlike the rest you have to unplug them. and you can cycle through as many playlists as you want by using your radio controls. like i said the Dension GW15AU2 Gateway 100 Audi 20 Pin is basically the next gen of the one that SouthboroAudiGuy installed its the same steps just diff shape unit.
