I went thru 4 inches of standing water at 30mph and the engine quit. Electric is fine but the starter won't turn the engine. (engine locked) ?? Oil has leaked from under the engine. Does the starter get locked out if a brokenoil line or other cause of drop in oil pressure occurs?
