interval for coolant and hydraulic fluid
I can't seem to find any info on the interval to change coolant/hydraulic fluid on my bentley's service CD. Anyone know by chance?

RE: interval for coolant and hydraulic fluid
if the correct fluid is used then its a life time stuff and there is no interval for change so its a do as you please thing, hydraulics hmm im still debating that because its tranny questions and they are not for life ( power steering ) that's ok and only needs checking weekly, tranny is different how can you check it on the newer cars ( no dipstick like the good old days )

RE: interval for coolant and hydraulic fluid
i did my timing belt about 77k and the coolant was no longer pink but brown and had some crud in the bottom...

Just my opinion, but lifetime doesn't seem like forever to me. Will just wait to do that when the timing belt comes up.
Well I know the tranny needs the fluid changed, I guess I just meant the power steering because I know shavings or whatever are in there. Can't be too hard to clean out. |
RE: interval for coolant and hydraulic fluid
