I have on-going issues with Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River NJ. I have filed complaints against them with numerous NJ State offices. I also have two case files with Audi Customer Service in Michigan. The Customer Service Rep that I spoke with today said that they appreciate customers who contact them to make them aware of issues with a dealership. If you have any issues with Jack Daniels, or any other Audi dealer for that matter, the number to call is 1-800-822-2834. That is the number of Audi Headquarters in Michigan, and they seem willing to help. However, it is up to the dealers to make things right, since Audi themselves have no authority to dictate to a dealer what they have to do. Did someone say , " Catch 22".

Don't bother. Audi of America doesn't want to hear anything, and just says to take it up with the dealer. Gee thanks Audi. I can't wait to get rid of this car. It's an amazing vehicle to drive, but it is ridiculously expensive to maintain and to repair. Also, most dealers in this area are scumbags if you look at all the posts here, and Audi doesn't do anything to help you either. What's the point of having a car that is such a pain in the ass to deal with on all these levels? There are alot of other great cars out there, and the manufacturers and dealers actually try to help you, and are nice to you.
