EVOMS V-FLOW intake? chip?

Anyone have any experience with the EVOMS V-FLOW intake? I am deeply considering it along with the EVOMS chip. I'll probably get them at one time. However, I hear that chips are bad for transmissions in A/TIP in Audis. Furthermore, I'm not sure if the V-FLOW comes with a heat shield. if this is the case, I'll find an alternative for HP gain. These will be the first performance mods installed on my car, and I want to make the safest/rational choice. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Look a couple posts below yours to the EVOMS vs CArbonio thread.  Lost of info in there including a review of the EVO v-flow intake.  I don't want to type it all again.  Short answer I recommend it, long answer:  look below to the thread I mentioned.
