Default compression pressure ??

Hi all

sorry if this is the wrong place but here goes..

I had a compression test done on my audi80 1992 2litre carb version
it failed so i had the head off and renew`d the gasket and did all the right bits and pieces...

i brought a gunson compression tester and tested it after id driven about 1000+miles since the job and it passes ok! but what id love to know is what is the right(or good)psi for a 2litre audi engine?

i only ask as i dont have a manual and im not sure they even do one (its on haynes `maybe list`)

with all the sparks plugs out, each cylinder reads just under the 11psi mark(in the green)and with all the plugs in but the one being tested(3 in 1 out and replacing them as i test each chamber)it reads 12psi on each chamber giving 5-10 sec turn over per chamber etc etc

what i need to know is what is a good and healthy PSI?

sorry agin folks if this is in the wrong place but id be very gratefull for some advice!

steve
