Ok my cousin was driving the Audi today and I noticed when the car was back the check engine light was on along with some red text in the upper top part of the display cluster I can't read anything because of the lines but anyone know what words it would be saying with a red background?

Go to AutoZone and have it scanned for codes. Much more effective than guessing.
