Default Transmission Code?

As you all know.. the B6 A4 models with triptronic have devestating lag time between shifts (1 sec i believe to be exact) Anyone know the transmission code to modify this? i'm getting a new ecu and my mechanic offered it to me if i can get him the code.

Default RE: Transmission Code?

No way to improve shift times but you can shut off the DSP (dynamic shift program) by coding the second to the last digit to 1. You can also select the old tip program which is 3 which changes the shift points and seems to be prefered by 3.0 owners. I have tried both and prefer 1 for my 1.8t with stage 1. My code is now0001012. Stock code for my 2003 Avant was 0001002. It is worth changing but don't expect a huge improvement, it just prevents some really strange behavior.
