Default Questions about testing O2 with Vag-com!!

Posted this in another forum, but didnt get much help. Was wondering if someone here might be able to help? Maybe a tech can shed some light... Thanks

Hey Guys,
I was trying to diagnose if i have bad precats with vag-com. I am looking at Bank 34-36. 34 and 35 are for each of the O2 precats, while 36 reads the voltage. I am getting about .5 to .6 volts at both the O2s. My question is how to use banks 34 to 35. I was reading somewhere that i am suppose to keep the car at steady RPM of 1800-2200 for a minute and the TESTING OFF should switch to OK and show weather the o2 is ok or not. I kept my car at that RPM ofr a minute and it still kept saying TESTING OFF. Am i doing anything wrong? Any help with be much appreicated.
