Default My Misfire

Car started running like $hit when I was doing about 50. Got the blinking CEL, car feels like crap and I immediately thought misfire. Was almost at a friends so just continued the next couple hundred feet. When I left a few hours later, it was running fine. I couldn't get it to do it again. I start heading home and it starts up again. I scanned and got this for the engine codes:

17708 - Misfire Detected. Probably Reason: Low Fuel
P1300 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17708 - Misfire Detected. Probably Reason: Low Fuel
P1300 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 35-00 - -
16686 - Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0302 - 35-00 - -
16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 35-00 - -
16686 - Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0302 - 35-00 - -

So do spark plugs and do a coil pack on cylinder 2 (2nd closest to the inside of the car)? Is it safe to drive a few miles to where I need to get the part?

Thanks!

A blinking CEL does mean it's a misfire happening in realtime.

could be the spark plug or coilpacks, but the top code is the worst issue, which sounds like the cylinder isn't getting enough fuel. perhaps the injectors are clogged some or are going bad.

and yes, blinking cel means you had a misfire.

I just tried swapping all of the coil packs (1 to 2 and 3 to 4) and I am still getting cylinder 2 misfire. I pulled out the second from the front and it didn't look to pleasant. Wasn't clean like the others. There was a smell also. Ideas?

I actually remember being told when I first got the car that oil was leaking into the number 2 cylinder. I had the valve cover gasket replaced, I think this may just be the residue. It seems like ICM may be the culprit.

Plugs are 11 months old. Is it really possible for that to happen so late on with the plugs?
