Default Lowering cars...

Is it ok to just replace my springs instead of spending an extra $900 on coilovers to lower my car?

I'm looking at these..... will they mess up my stock shocks?

Yep. Sport springs will put a lot of load on your shocks.

screw cutting, just get a torch and heat them up. I swear it will not hamper ride quality at all

If I get 19" rims and just slap on 235/45/19 tires on them to fill in the gap in the fender, does the bigger then recommended sidewall screw up the car in any way? The entire Wheel diameter will be 27.33" instead of 25.33"....

if you are more than like 4% different with your overall radius, you can have negative effects on your car requiring additional work and a recalibration of the speedometer/odometer.

I'll look for the site I was playing with that lets you know if the %difference is acceptable or not.

whoa... 7% difference... guess I'll be doing my wheels, brakes, and suspension at the end of summer. Sound system, alarm, tints, and Tail Lights comes first
